This is a comprehensive case-taking appointment to discuss your health concerns and wellness goals. We will go through all aspects of your health including: past medical history; family history; medication; digestive health; immune function; hormonal health; environmental exposures; diet and lifestyle; sleep, energy and stress levels.
In-clinic testing is included (blood pressure, random blood glucose, urinalysis, anthopometrics).
Routine pathology and / or functional pathology testing may be required prior to your Report of Findings consultation.

Your Report of Findings appointment is scheduled 1-2 weeks after your Initial Consultation. All information including the results of any testing is combined into a detailed Report and comprehensive Treatment Plan.
